My 13-year career in policy consulting, digital transformation, and sales has equipped me with skills in financial analysis, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement—now applied to redefining Indian cuisine with creative flair.

My culinary journey is driven by a passion for intuitive creativity. Trained by instinct, I craft dishes that blend traditional Indian flavors with modern techniques, turning meals into storytelling experiences. I specialise in Indian cuisine, and my approach involves a combination of menu development, food styling & presentation, and the creation of collaborative dining concepts.

Beyond cooking, I am a husband, an avid reader, playwright, and dog lover. My creative pursuits have shaped my approach to food as an art form, where storytelling meets flavor. I am excited to connect with others who share my passion for food and creativity.
