Richard runs a commercially focussed HR consultancy in Sussex – Our HR People. Richard works with his clients to take the hassle out of their HR.

With 25 years HR experience, Richard started his career within the PSA Peugeot Citroen group focusing on employee relations. He then moved to roles at EDF Energy, American Airlines and the Adecco Group, where he was promoted to Head of HR Business Partnering, focussing on delivery of the company’s retention and engagement strategy.

Richard more recently worked at ICG Medical, an international healthcare recruitment company across 12 locations worldwide as the Global People Director responsible for HR, L&D and talent acquisition.
