About Noel

Noel joined the business as a Franchisee in 2023, bringing with him a fresh perspective and a strong appetite for building something of his own. Prior to launching his franchise, Noel took on the role of full time househusband, managing family priorities and long term planning.

Although he did not come from a logistics background, Noel was introduced to the opportunity through an existing Franchisee and quickly recognised its commercial potential. The fast paced nature of the business, combined with the opportunity to grow revenue and build a sustainable operation, strongly appealed to him.

Since joining, Noel has embraced the onboarding process, describing it as professional, structured and thorough. He continues to build his business with confidence, drawing on the support of the wider network while developing his own leadership style as a business owner.
