Pippa Crouch is co-founder of Global Occupational Health Solutions (Global OHS), which provides occupational health and employee wellbeing services to businesses across the South East. The company works from a simple principle: a solid business plan only works if the people carrying it out are healthy and able to work. Global OHS offers a flexible, bespoke service shaped around each client’s values and culture. Its skilled practitioners produce evidence-based reports that help employers move cases forward, and client data is held on secure systems in line with GDPR.

Pippa’s focus is on looking after the people behind the business, helping employers and staff make positive choices about their health and building resilience across the workforce. As a member of The Directors’ Hub, she brings that people-first outlook to her monthly Hub. There, directors, founders and CEOs from across Sussex meet in confidence to share challenges and talk through decisions with peers who understand the pressures of running a business.
