I’m an experienced Operations Director currently leading the team at Sussex Audiology Centre, where I’ve been since May 2022.

My career began in Australia as a registered nurse in 2004, and over the years I’ve transitioned into operational leadership roles across clinical and hospital settings in both Australia and the UK.

I’m passionate about developing strong teams, solving complex problems, and ensuring patients receive exceptional care. At Sussex Audiology Centre, I oversee both clinical and non-clinical operations across multiple sites, focusing on service quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency. I also serve as Managing Director of Clarity Sound Solutions, an eCommerce business focused on premium hearing wellness products and assistive audio technology, launching in late 2025. I live in Eastbourne with my wife and two kids and enjoy spending time exploring the Downs, forests, and coastline.
