Anyone for a Phall?
This month we’ve brought together business leaders at nine Directors’ Hub meetings across Sussex with over 65+ hub members, along with two Spice Club lunches in Hurstpierpoint and Brighton with another 16 businesses.
Thank you to our fantastic Hub leaders for facilitating this month’s hubs Paul Dallibar, Gary Smith, Fay Millar, Kaye Shane, Jim Cunliffe, Janet Webb, Vicki Nicol, Richard Bignell, Jo Stuart and Aiden Dunning.
Considering it’s the middle of the school holidays, it’s been great to see so many familiar faces, alongside plenty of new guests joining us for the first time. Our Spice Club in Brighton is still growing as a venue, while Hurstpierpoint welcomed ten business leaders for another relaxed lunchtime of good food, conversation and new connections.
Spice Club continues to prove that sometimes the best business conversations happen over a curry. Thank you to Dan Ford of Storyscreen for chairing it today, and for those that joined us Andrew Lake, Paul Rogers, Jack Ranson, Kiran Vadgama, Simon Reed, Bowen Tan, Nadine Schofield and Mark Blick (Nadine had to leave early, hence not in photo.)
Across the Directors’ Hub, our Topic of the Month asked a simple question: Lead generation in 2026: What still works for cold outreach and why? As always, there wasn’t one right answer, but it certainly created some interesting discussions, shared experiences and a few different opinions. Book here for SPICE CLUB!
A huge thank you to every member, guest and Hub Leader who joined us throughout July. Enjoy the photos from this month’s events on the site, and if you’ve been thinking about coming along, we’d love to welcome you.
