One Seat Left at the Brighton Hub

Brighton Hub has a space…
A spot has opened up, and it won’t be open for long
Brighton has never done business the boring way, and neither do we.
It’s been a busy few weeks across the Directors’ Hub. Hurstpierpoint is at full capacity, Worthing is officially oversubscribed, and four directors are already lined up for our brand-new Shoreham Hub, launching in February.
And now, a rare thing: a seat has opened up at the Brighton Hub.This month’s meeting was a smaller, more intimate session, with six members around the table while a few others were away enjoying some late-season sun or resting up. Smaller numbers made for some brilliantly deep conversations, and a good reminder of how much value just a handful of the right people can bring.
We’re already talking to a few people and think we may have found the right person. But if you’re reading this and something’s telling you it should be you, now’s the time to say so. Once a Hub reaches 12 members, it closes and becomes a waiting list. Brighton won’t stay at 11 for long.

So what actually happens at the Hub?
Think of it as an extended family for people who run businesses. Running a company can be a lonely job: the big decisions, the 2am worries, the moments when you can’t exactly turn to your team and ask, “Am I doing this right?”
At the Hub, you’re in a room with directors, founders and CEOs who get it. Every month you’ll find:
-
-
- Honest advice from peers who’ve been there, done that, and occasionally got the wrong T-shirt
- Strategy and growth conversations that actually move your business forward
- A sounding board for the decisions that keep you up at night
- Fun and laughter, because serious business doesn’t have to be taken seriously all the time
-
It’s peer-to-peer support with a very Brighton twist: a little quirky, very welcoming, and full of people who want to see you win.
The hub is managed by Kaye Shane, an amazing founder who manages One HR.
